We recently purchased a condo that required not only painting of walls and ceilings, but also of built-in cabinets, wood trim and doors. Advance Pro Painters recently completed a painting project at our Edina condo. The work included ceiling popcorn removal, surface preparation, and painting. Not simple with our vaulted ceilings. Francisco also painted all of our walls and wood trim. We required the project to be completed during our vacation. Fransisco started and finished on time.

I was referred by a friend to have my entry way and upper level painted. Francisco and his team did a fantastic job! He provided several sample colors to help narrow down our choices and repairs all the cracks and holes we had in our wall. We would definitely recommend his team and have him do more jobs in the future.

It is with great enthusiasm and without hesitation that we recommend Francisco & Marie Navarro of Advance Pros Painters. We met Francisco when he arrived on the job site of our new lake home. There was an air of quiet confidence about him and he was so humble and knowledgeable that he immediately gained our trust. He made a point to stop by on the weekend before he began to make sure that he’d have everything he needed to complete this challenging job (a 4,000 sq. ft. home with high, vaulted ceilings and lots of detailed closet work).

A few days after the job was complete (or so I thought) was when the real magic happened. I walked in to find Maria going from room to room and wall to wall, holding the painting light up to the painted wall so that if there was even the slightest imperfection, they could sand, mud and repaint it. Even the smallest problems were touched up and made perfect. Now I understand why Francisco seemed to beam with pride when he spoke about his work. It is because he truly cares about doing it right.

Not only was each room expertly painted, Francisco reminded me that he’d come back after we got moved in to touch up anything damaged during the move. And that’s exactly what he did.

I hired Advance Pros Painters to paint my living & dinning rooms and also remove the popcorn ceiling from these rooms plus the connecting entry way.  His work is above & beyond what we expected. He repaired & replaced damaged Sheetrock in the ceiling where we had water damage from a leak in the upstairs bathroom. We have lived in this house for 30 years and the walls definitely showed their age. We removed old chair rails, changed up drapes, removed wallpaper and just the everyday wear & tear. When Francisco was finished the walls were flawless with no sign of the repairs he needed to make & the same with the ceiling. I will absolutely hire Francisco for any future jobs because of his work and reasonable price.
